How much does a product shoot cost in Delhi?
Expect Rs 500 to Rs 1,500 per product. Delhi has some of the lowest advertised rates in the country, and they are worth reading carefully.
Delhi NCR is the most aggressively priced product photography market in India. You will find rates advertised from around Rs 49 per photo, and others closer to Rs 300 per picture for a plain white background shot. Both are real offers.
What those numbers usually exclude is worth knowing before you compare them to anything else. A per photo rate at the bottom of the market normally covers one angle, basic correction, and nothing else. Listings need several angles per product. Marketplace compliance has specific requirements on background, framing and resolution. Retouching beyond a colour fix is often billed separately, and so is any reshoot.
Cheap is not automatically bad. The problem is comparing quotes that cover different things. Ask any studio what the per product cost is for the full set of angles you need, delivered marketplace ready, and the gap between quotes usually narrows a lot.

What moves the price
- What the quoted rate actually covers. Ask whether it is one angle or the full set.
- Whether marketplace compliance is included or billed as an extra.
- Retouching depth beyond a basic colour fix.
- Product complexity and time on set.
- Batch size.
