1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by TeamTSB ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TeamTSB provides the following services:

• Product photography (including Amazon-compliant photography)
• Lifestyle and creative photography
• Product videography
• Creative design and A+ content creation
• Performance marketing services

3. Free Amazon Photoshoot Offer

The free Amazon photoshoot offer is subject to the following conditions:

• Limited to one product per client
• Products must be shipped to our studio at the client's expense
• Images are delivered digitally within 3-5 business days
• Offer cannot be combined with other promotions
• TeamTSB reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time

4. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• A 50% advance payment is required to commence work
• Remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final files
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered content for their business purposes. TeamTSB retains the right to:

• Use the content in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Showcase work on social media and website
• Submit work for awards and competitions

6. Revisions and Refunds

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as agreed in the quotation. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Full refund if work has not commenced
• Partial refund based on work completed if cancellation occurs mid-project
• No refund after final delivery has been accepted

7. Product Handling

TeamTSB takes reasonable care of products during photoshoots. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss that may occur during handling or shipping. Clients are responsible for insuring valuable products.

8. Limitation of Liability

TeamTSB's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client products and business information. Non-disclosure agreements can be signed upon request.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

TeamTSB reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
