Product comes by courier, we shoot, retouch and send the files back with the raw frames, and the cycle runs five to seven working days from the day the box lands, the same as anywhere closer.

Because the round trip is long, send a spare stone or a longer fabric swatch than feels necessary, since a reshoot means another long-haul courier rather than a quick redo. Jewellery should travel insured and packed as if it were going to the buyer directly, and block print should arrive as an actual batch sample rather than one hand-picked piece, so the colour check reflects the real run.
